I have a love for fixing all things techy, complimented by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and 15 years of experience working in the IT field. My goal is simple, to get your systems back up and running as soon as possible.
I have hands-on experience with the troubleshooting, installation and support of hardware and software on all major operating systems. I can fix any replaceable components in desktop & laptop computers, including laptop LCD screens and even perform some board level soldering repairs. As for networking, I have designed and implemented many home and small office networks; working with a variety of brands of modems, routers and switches using both wired and wireless technology.
For businesses, I offer competitive on-site rates where you will not be left with your jaw on the floor when the bill comes. For home users, I do my best to keep computer repairs affordable. Drop-offs (please call first) at my home office are repaired at a flat rate plus parts. On-site residential service is also available, billed hourly.
All hourly rates are 1 hour minimum, with all time after the first hour billed in 15 minute increments.
